Red Bean Rice Cake


  • A pack of dried red beans

  • Tapioca starch

  • Water


  1. Soak the dried red beans in plenty of water and let them rest over night
  2. Drain the red beans
  3. In a bowl mix the tapioca starch with the water
  4. Add the red beans to the bowl
  5. Cover the inside of a cake shape with parchment paper
  6. Pour the contents of the bowl into the cake shape
  7. Let it rest in the fridge for a few hours
