Red Bean Rice Cake
Ingredients
A pack of dried red beans
Tapioca starch
Water
Steps
Soak the dried red beans in plenty of water and let them rest over night
Drain the red beans
In a bowl mix the tapioca starch with the water
Add the red beans to the bowl
Cover the inside of a cake shape with parchment paper
Pour the contents of the bowl into the cake shape
Let it rest in the fridge for a few hours
